Ingredients
10 servings
⅔ cupcashew butter
creamy
¼ cuphoney
½ teaspoonalmond extract
or vanilla extract
¼ cupcoconut flour
¼ cupplant-based vanilla protein powder
3 tablespoonswhite chocolate chips
dairy - free
3 tablespoonsvegan rainbow sprinkles
more optional for coating
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix together cashew butter, honey and almond or vanilla extract
Step 2
Mix in the coconut flour and protein powder and combine well, then the white chocolate chips and sprinkles
Step 3
Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Step 4
Roll into 10-12 balls, and refrigerate for at least another hour before serving
