Greek Yogurt Banana Pudding (Inspired by Magnolia Bakery)
Banana pudding post workout?! Yes, this can be a thing. Instead of layering pudding, whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk and wafers, I chose to naturally sweeten some Greek yogurt with ripe bananas and honey, and the layer with wafers and more banana slices.

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, 3 mashed bananas, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix until all of your ingredients combine. This is your "pudding."
Step 2
In the bottom of the mason jars, layer broken up sugar-free cookies and banana slices on top of the wafer slices Spoon a generous amount of pudding on top, until the jar is full. If you have bigger jars, repeat the steps until the jar is full.
Step 3
Let the jars sit in the fridge for at least an hour, for all the flavors to combine. Top the jar with broken apart wafer pieces, banana slices, and a drizzle of honey before serving.
