Originale da fare. Ho messo 1 cucchiaio, 20 g e 50 g di zucchero. In cottura restare sotto i 170/180 altrimenti si avvampa il fondo. Cottura 45-55 minuti.

scaled it down for 4 inch pan. there was a bit too much crumble and i probably should have added more butter. but tasted very nice and the cake was moist.

This cake was a hit! Everyone loved it. - use more apples next time (I used 1 medium and 2 small apples) - worked fine in a 9in pan, was done after 30min

My favorite way to use up extra apples. I always use about 5 in this recipe
