Cheeseburger in Paradise by Jimmy Buffett

This is another recipe that I was unable to get a picture for. This recipe was gone before I knew it. My kids loved it asked for seconds and thirds... wasn't able to get any leftovers because everyone ate it.

It was just ok. I added salt and pepper and the ingredients don't show it, but you need 2 eggs.

I didn’t have bisquik so I used pancake waffle mix. It was delicious.

Doubled the recipe and used additional seasoning of 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of Sazon seasoning to hamburger meat to give it more flavor. Put it all in a 9x13 baking dish instead of a pie pan. Turned out well.

Not certain what the end result was supposed to be but it wasn't very good

Even our super picky teen loved this! I doubled the cheese and used the THM bisquick mix substitute. Total cost around $6 for the whole meal!
