Artichoke Chicken

Could use some more seasoning on the chicken, but leaves a lot of room for preference and spicing things up in your own way

I really wish they had a neutral symbol. This is both a thumbs up and thumbs down. Doesn't happen often that I follow a recipe exactly as written, however this time I did. I used measuring cups and everything. 😉. This was WAY too salty. Had to scrape off the mayo/artichoke. I did not use any additional salt. My husband said this "would have been good if it wasn't so salty". I'm sure the salt came from my freshly grated Parmesan. I'll probably try this again with either 1/2 the Parmesan or a different cheese altogether. Maybe gruyere or mozzarella.

Love to make with chicken thighs. And serve over rice. One of my go to easy dishes

Changed it so the topping was artichoke dip. I served it with broccoli and rice.
