Ingredients
6 servings
1cucumber
½ cupwater
1 tablespoonagave nectar
1 tablespoongelatin
½ cupvodka
½ cupJalapeno Cucumber Kiwi Kombucha
Jalapeno
mint
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Add the cucumber and water to a blender and blend until completely combined.
Step 2
Strain the cucumber juice into a small pot.
Step 3
Place the pot over medium heat and whisk in the agave nectar and gelatin until completely dissolved, then remove from heat.
Step 4
Whisk in the vodka and kombucha.
Step 5
Place the shot glasses on a baking sheet or cutting board so you can easily transfer to the fridge to chill.
Step 6
Divide the liquid among 6 shot glasses.
Step 7
Place one jalapeno slice in each glass and transfer to the fridge to chill for a 2+ hours.
Step 8
Garnish with some mint leaves and enjoy!
