This is a very creamy and delicious cheesecake recipe that I think resembles the Carnegie Deli cheesecake. Highly recommend!! It’s not a difficult recipe but it does take patients and time though. It’s totally worth it though. Tip: cook it until golden brown to medium brown to ensure it is cooked all the way through
