Instructions

Step 1
Make the bilo bilo following my recipe. Substitute the pandan extract for ube extract if you want purple bilo bilo or remove the extract entirely to have plain, white bilo bilo.
Step 2
Slice the jackfruit, bananas, and cassava
Step 3
In a large pot, mix together the water, coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Step 4
Once it begins to simmer, add the cassava and simmer until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Add the saba banana and jackfruit. Let it return to a simmer and finally add the bilo bilo.
Step 6
When all contents are hot throughout, remove from heat. Let cool and serve!
