Rotisserie Chicken Broth Recipe

very easy. hardest part is keeping the liquid level consistent over time (make sure to use boiling / hot water to replenish). used leftovers of a supermarket roaster and frozen veggies scraps. used celery salt to season since i did not have celery. makes a lot — and saves $$$.
