Instructions
Step 1
Place an egg roll wrapper on a plate or other clean flat surface. In the center of the wrapper, spoon about 1/4 cup (3-4 tablespoons) of the leftovers.
Step 2
Fold the bottom corner of the egg roll wrapper over the filling. Then fold in the left and right corners. Place a little bit of water along the top corner and roll the wrapper to close.
Step 3
Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray then line up egg rolls and spray with cooking oil.
Step 4
Air fry egg rolls at 350F for about 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Step 5
Once egg rolls are warm and crispy serve with warm gravy as a dipping sauce.
