or cooking spray, for cooking meatballs

2zucchini
spiralized, I just buy a 500g package from the grocery store but you can spiralize yourself
1 jarpasta sauce
make sure there's no sugar added for Whole 30
1 lbground turkey
or ground chicken or ground beef
⅓ cupparmesan cheese
¼ cupfresh parsley
finely chopped, or 1 tbsp dried
1yellow onion
small, grated
1 Tbspdijon mustard
3cloves garlic
minced
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
