Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
Open biscuit dough, slice each biscuit in half, and pull to spread it out a bit. Place on baking sheet
Step 3
To the center of each biscuit half add a 1-inch cube of brie and 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
Step 4
Fold up edges of biscuit and pinch to seal at the top, then place seam side down on baking sheet
Step 5
In a small bowl whisk together butter, thyme and rosemary. Brush over each stuffed biscuit
Step 6
Bake for 20-22 minutes, until top of stuffed biscuits are golden brown
Step 7
Best enjoyed immediately while still warm
