It was good, but a bit too hard after freezing. I would want it to be softer for a dessert. Didn't really like the strong cashew flavour

Special occasion

Peanut butter was the best flavour. Next time I will put more peanut butter in the mix, but adding extra on top was also delicious and looked nice. I also added some vanilla to this recipe, which really improved the "plain" flavour. The coconut flavour was a bit too strong for me. Next time, I will try using the whole cans with the coconut water, too. Without the water, the coconut flavour is a bit heavier, imo.
