French Silk Pie

This pie is amazing. I agree that it's not for beginners and a little more labor intensive than I would like, but it turned out beautifully and my kids all raved about it. Very sweet, very rich.

I don’t know what I did wrong or really what I didn’t do wrong. I will have to try this recipe again but this is definitely not a beginner’s recipe. I didn’t think I was a beginner until this recipe. The instructions were also hard to follow which made it very frustrating and eventually after the chocolate was burnt and I tried the egg and sugar thing one too many times I decided it wasn’t worth it unfortunately.
