If you taste the sauce before refrigerating and think it needs more Worcestershire, I urge you to hold off. The flavor gets more intense as the sauce sits. And yes, the recipe calls for dried dill instead of fresh. It gives a better flavor, but absolutely garnish your salmon and sauce with lots of fresh dill too!
