1 cupcreamy natural peanut butter
¼ cupcoconut oil
melted
¼ cupmonk fruit sweetener
powdered
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
optional
⅓ cuplow sugar chocolate
crushed
flaky sea salt topping
optional
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together peanut butter, coconut oil, monk fruit sweetener and vanilla. Combine well
Step 2
Transfer to a parchment-lined 8×8 baking dish
Step 3
Top with crushed chocolate and flaky sea salt
Step 4
Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares
Step 5
Eat frozen and store in freezer
