Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, white sugar and peanut butter until well combined
Step 2
Stir in eggs, vanilla, then baking soda
Step 3
Stir in the oats 2 cups at a time. Lastly stir in all of the m&ms and chocolate chips
Step 4
Refrigerate dough for at least an hour (this is important!)
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Step 6
Form golf ball-sized cookies then flatten a bit onto parchment-lined baking sheets
Step 7
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Err on the side of “under” baked so they stay nice and chewy
Step 8
Let cool on a cooling rack for at least 30 minutes – they come out quite delicate so need time to set
