Instructions
Step 1
Whisk to combine all of the cake ingredients and pour in a greased 9x13 baking pan. In a preheated oven at 325f, bake for about 30min or until a skewer inserted in the middle come out clean.
Step 2
Make your milk mixture by combining the ingredients and set aside in the fridge for later.
Step 3
To make the strawberry crunch, place the golden Oreos in a food processor or a large ziplock bag to crush. Place the crushed Oreos in a bowl, and add the strawberry jell-o powder and melted butter. Stir until combined, and then transfer to a parchment-linked baking try to bake at 350f for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Step 4
Allow the cake to completely cool down before poking holes all over. Pour your milk mixture all over the cake, and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours so that the milks are completely soaked.
Step 5
When ready to serve, make the frosting by simply whipping the heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks are formed. Spread the whip cream on top of the cake, and sprinkle the strawberry crunch on top. Enjoy!
