Step 1
Arrange the pitted sliced peaches on a large plate. Spoon the stracciatella (or turn pieces of burrata) around the peaches. Sprinkle with pine nuts and fresh herbs.

Drizzle evenly with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with a couple cracks of black pepper and a pinch of flaky salt. Adjust any ingredients as desired.
