8 servings for a 7" pan. 205C for 45min left top a little over done and interior a bit underdone.

it was very tasty but I didn't like the texture it had, it wasn't creamy and smooth like I thought it'd come out next time I'll just use the whisk and not the paddle attachment of my mixer and I think I'm gonna bake it for 45 to 50 mins
