It's a very simple recipe, as are all roasts, because the oven does 80 percent of the work and we do the remaining 20 percent. Sucked. The most important thing is not to overdo it, especially if you prefer your vegetables al dente, and to find a glaze formula that suits your preferences. The one I've proposed here is quite aseptic, despite the slight spicy note provided by harissa, but you can glaze the hasselback pumpkin with other combinations.
