Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a muffin pan with baking cups

In a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and baking powder
Step 3
Then mix in egg, milk, honey and mashed banana and combine well
Step 4
Spoon batter evenly into muffin baking cups and top each one with walnuts
Step 5
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes then remove to cool longer on wire rack
