Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Lovely taste and texture. Added a bit more cinnamon and added fennel sugar on top

Tasty. A bit too sweet for me. I think I would cut back on at least half cup sugar. I made plain, with chips and raisin / chips .

Everyone loved these! Will definitely make them again!

These were so good! I added two cups of chopped walnuts and only added 2.5 cups of oatmeal. I skipped the sugar on fork but did press down each ball of dough. I also had the dough in the fridge for more than an hour. I baked them for ten minutes and after cooling, the edges were perfectly crispy with a chewy center.

Make sure not to over refrigerate the dough

I skipped the sugar on top. Didn't make a difference in taste
