like fontina or brie, I also included cubes of Swiss and Colby Jack

4 ozroasted red bell peppers

4 ozpickled asparagus

2 ozpickled cherry peppers
or pepperoncini, or giardiniera mix

12 ozcrackers
Triscuit, wheat thins, grissini breadsticks, cheese whisps
