Instructions
Step 1
Cut your loaf into slices and set aside.
Step 2
Peal your sausage then add the meat into a bowl. Add your cream cheese and some oregano and mix everything together.
Step 3
Spread some of your meat and cheese mix on your bread slices and place them on a baking tray, previously lined.
Step 4
Bake for 10 min (180C/360F)
Step 5
Add some grated provolone cheese on top of your slices and bake for 5 more mins or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Serve with some freshly chopped parsley on top. Buon appetito!
