Instructions
Step 1
Remove the Bulgarian cheese out of its water and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
Add ¼ cup of olive oil and mash until crumbled and slightly spreadable.
Step 3
Sprinkle in the dry zaatar spice and mix.
Step 4
You can keep the Bulgarian or feta cheese spread in the bowl or place it on a board like I did.
Step 5
Now add the toppings by starting with the finely diced cherry tomatoes, paprika, crushed red pepper and salt.
Step 6
Place sliced Persian cucumbers or bagel chips or pita bread all around the cheese spread.
Step 7
Drizzle a little bit of olive oil all over and enjoy.
