chopped, any potato is fine here I’ve used gold and russet and both were great

1 ¼ cupchicken broth
I love using better than bullion chicken broth concentrate

¼ cupall-purpose flour

¼ cupsourdough discard

½ cupwater
or chicken broth

1 x 10 ozfrozen veggies

1 cuprotisserie chicken

½ teaspoondried thyme

1 teaspoononion powder

Salt
to taste, I love, seasoning salt for this recipe to add extra flavor

to taste
