Instructions

Step 1
First, we pour boiling water into a steel bowl, then we add jelly powder along with gelatin and glucose to the straw. Now we put the bowl on steam (boiling kettle) and dissolve the ingredients in water. At last you can add the food coloring if you want!

Step 2
‌ Jelly powder, gelatin and glucose must be completely dissolved in water. Now we choose a silicone mold and grease the inside of the mold with a very small amount of liquid oil. Next, we pour the pastille mixture into the mold and put it in the freezer.
