Instructions
Step 1
• Set the oven on 110c°/225 F.

• Peel the rhubarb with a peeler in to thin ribbons on a cutting board.

• Toss the rhubarb in to a bowl of sugar.

• Speard the sugar-coated rhubarb on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toss them into the oven for 38 minutes on 110c°/225 F.

Dip them into sugar.
