Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan then use a pastry brush to brush the base of a baking pan. Take 2 sheets of phyllo dough at a time and fold and crumple them up then place them in the baking pan. Repeat until all the sheets in the pack are crumpled then drizzle the melted butter all over . Bake at 190c / 380 f for 20 minutes

In a bowl add yogurt eggs condensed milk and half of the chocolate honey ( sub the honey by adding 1 tbsp raw honey and 3/4 teaspoon of cocoa powder or just use raw honey ) whisk the ingredients together then take the half baked phyllo out of the oven pour over the mixture and bake another 20 minutes

Once the pie is made add the pistachios almonds and sunflower seeds to a food processor and pulse intermittently . You don’t want dust you still want nut pieces . Now drizzle some more honey over the pie add the nuts then add more honey on top and enjoy
