Step 1
Chop the basil.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Cut the bread roll in half. Spread both sides with olive oil and toast until golden brown

Slice the peach and mozzarella.
Step 5
Spread the bottom bread slice with basil mayonnaise.
Step 6
Top it with the arugula, mozzarella, pastrami and peach.

Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
