Molasses-Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Marinate the pork loin overnight, then grill the next day.
If you use Costco pork tenderloins, cut them up to speed up the cooking time.
If you have a vegetable grill basket, grill some asparagus or zucchini. The intense heat cooks the veggies quickly and they can get mushy, so keep an eye on them.

Step 1
Combine the first four ingredients. Reserve half the mixture, and brush the rest over the pork tenderloins. Cover or put into ziplock bags to chill at least 8 hours, but preferably overnight. Chill the reserved glaze in a covered jar or bowl.
Step 2
Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place on grill over medium hot coals (350-400 degrees).
Step 3
Place pork on rack; then cover with grill lid. Grill 18-20 min or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Step 4
Baste with reserved glaze during the last 8 minutes.
