Wrote out the recipe from That Midwestern Mom's tiktok on "Funeral potato Hotdish"
Note: you can sub the topping for whatever you like (2 cups cornflakes coated in 1/4 cup butter, 2 cups ritz coated in 1/4 cup butter, french fried onions, or combination of some or all, etc.). You can also substitute the sour cream for french onion dip

For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
Mix everything up in a large bowl
Step 2
Dump mixture into a 9x13 baking dish
Step 3
Top dish with topping of choice (see recipe notes)
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, at 350F for about 1 hour
