Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 3
If you are using a silicone muffin pan, there is no need to grease it. If you are using a metal muffin pan, make sure you spray each muffin cup generously. Divide mixture among the 12 muffin spots and press down mixture.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to help the mixture stick together
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes
