Instructions
Separate Coconut Cream.
Step 1
Use the thicker cream only. Drain as much of the liquid as possible.

Mix Other Liquids
Step 2
Add the Coconut milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mix together. You may want to add the Vanilla 1 teaspoon at a time in case you prefer a lower vanilla content.
Whisk
Coconut Milk2 Cups
vanilla extract3 tsp
Almond Extract½ tsp
Add Sweetener
Step 3
Sweetener is optional. This blend is fine without Sweetener but it can be added for that sweet tooth. I prefer Monkfruit since it tases just like sugar and is a 1:1 ratio replacement. Add in the Sweetener a little at a time up to 1/4 cup. Adding in a little at a time is really important, especially if you are using a sweetener like Stevia, as it can become too sweet really fast and everyone has a little different love of sweetness.
Whisk
Monkfruit Sweetener with Erythritol¼ cup
Store
Step 4
I prefer Glass Storage bottles as they fit easily in the fridge. Lable as creamer if possible. You don't want kids thinking this is regular milk. There are no preservatives so store in the fridge.
