Instructions

Step 1
Dice your cherry tomatoes and transfer into a bowl.

Next, roll your basil leaves and slice them vertically. Add it into the bowl.

Season tomatoes + basil leaves with salt + pepper, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic and 1/4 of a lemon. Mix.

Then, smash 1/2 an avocado with your fork.
Step 5
Toast your bread of choice on a heated pan with some butter/olive oil.

Top with smashed avocado and a fill with tomato + basil on top. Squeeze balsamic vinegar glaze to finish off and enjoy!
