Step 1
Get a large bowl then quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them in add Finely diced red onion , capers ,finely chop or tear the basil and add it then season generously with salt pepper and 3-4 tbsp of olive oil . Mix and set aside and let the juices from the tomatoes start working .

Step 2
Slice the ciabatta or you can use homemade bread or whatever good crusty bread you have . Place on a tray and drizzle the slices with olive oil on both sides then toast or grill until golden .let the bread cook slightly then scrape a garlic clove on each side of the bread . This gives a great flavor . Now drizzle the tomatoes capers and delicious juice on the bread and a little more olive oil if you like and enjoy !
