Mix together the butter with the sugar

Add the eggs & the milk

Stir in the dry ingredients

Divide the dough in two molds of 20cm

Bake at 190C for 20min

Mix together the heavy cream, mascarpone and vanilla

Slowly add the powdered sugar

Spread the strawberry jam on one of the cakes
Step 9
Top it with the cream and the fruits and put the second cake on top & repeat the process
