Instructions
Step 1
Mix 120g of soft butter with 120g of sugar.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs, and 120ml of buttermilk.
Step 3
Sift 220g of flour, with 6g of baking powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of 4 spice mix, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Cut 3 apples into thin slices.
Step 6
Pour half the batter into the bottom of the pan, then add the apples on top.
Step 7
Repeat the process a second time.
Step 8
Add brown sugar and slivered almonds on top.
Step 9
Bake in the oven for about 40 min at 160 degrees celsius.
