Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, salt, cloves, and cinnamon.
Step 5
Combine the two mixtures and mix well.
Step 6
Stir in the oats, raisins, and coconut.
Step 7
Roll the cookie dough into approximately 1″ balls and slightly flatten them.
Step 8
Spread evenly on the trays, leaving room for them to expand slightly.
Step 9
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When the cookies have been in around 7-8 minutes, use a spatula to press down on cookies to flatten them out some. Continue baking for 3-4 more minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
