Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut lemons in halves.
Step 2
Remove the pulp from the lemon with a spoon and put it in a sieve. Put the empty lemon shells b side.
Step 3
Now squeeze out the juice of the lemon pulp by pressing the pulp against the sieve with a fork. Remember to put a bowl underneath to catch the lemon juice.
Step 4
Heat up in a pot cream, lemon juice, maple syrup and some lemon zest till it boils. Then remove from the stove.
Step 5
Fill the cream in your empty lemon shells and freeze for 30-60min.
