Instructions
Step 1
Make short crust pastry combining all ingredients flour sugars butter egg baking powder. It will be crumbly but just push into tart tin.
Step 2
Combine plums, in quarters or eighths depending on size, with ginger cinnamon sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Lay plums in rings on base. Bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees.
