Instructions

Step 1
Peel, then cut the bananas into 5cm slices. Peel the skin off the kiwi fruits and slice them into 7cm or 8cm slices. Slice the tops of the strawberries (try not to waste too much of the flesh), and slice them down the middle in half. Set aside in seperate bowls.

Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted. Stir after each increment. Set aside to cool.

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.

Once the dark chocolate has cooled, get the fruit and put paddle pop sticks through the fruit. Dip the top of the fruit into the chocolate and place on the tray. Repeat for all the other pieces of fruit are done. Drizzle with honey.

Place tray into the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen. Serve. Will keep in freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
