Instructions

Step 1
Peel and slice banans into rounds about 1/4 inch thick
Step 2
Line a platter or small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on a banana slice and top with another banana.
Step 3
Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 4
Combine chocolate and oil and melt in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute or until melted, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Dip each frozen banana bite into the melted chocolate.
Step 6
Store in the freezer
