Originally created for a cooking challenge, this recipe is a summer favorite with the trademark s'mores taste in cake form.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 9in diameter pan lightly.
Step 2
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in milk, egg, and butter.
Step 3
Add 1 cup of the Graham cracker crumbs. Pour into prepared pan
Step 4
Cover with mini marshmallows. You should not see the batter.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes. Marshmallows should be a dark gold color.
Step 6
Pour melted chocolate chips over cake like frosting. Sprinkle remaining crackers over. Optional: Top with more mini marshmallows.
Step 7
Allow to cool before serving.
