I love making fries at home and experimenting with different seasonings. Marjoram is a nice addition without being an overwhelming flavor.

Instructions

Step 1
Wash, peal, and slice into thin fry slices.
Step 2
Place slices in a bowl and fill with water until covered. Let soak for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Take slices out of water and pat dry. Add the olive oil and seasonings (marjoram, garlic, and salt) then stir.
Step 4
Place in a single layer inside the air fryer tray and close. Cook at 375 °F for 7 minutes. Open and shake the tray. Cook for an additional 2-4 minutes depending on desired crispiness.
Step 5
Use tongs to take fries out of tray. Sprinkle more salt if desired, then serve.
