Instructions

Step 1
Heat one cup of water then mix in just under one cup of sugar and stir until dissolved then let it cool down until it’s at room temp
Step 2
Juice about three lemons to get a cup of juice .now use a sieve to strain the juice into the sugar and water . Mix thoroughly then pour into a freezer safe box . Freeze about 40 minutes then when you see ice crystals form break them up with a fork stirring it
Step 3
Freeze again then check another 2-3 times and use the fork until the ice is at the consistency you want then serve immediately and enjoy
