2 cupstomato passata
3cloves garlic
2 Tbspbutter
1 Tbspolive oil
1 tspchili flakes
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspdried oregano
1 tspsalt
1yellow onion

Instructions
Step 1
In a big bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add the water and start mixing with your hands, until a sticky ball forms. Add a bit of olive oil to grease the bowl and cover with a wet kitchen towel
Step 2
Let the dough rise for 6 hours. While that happens prepare the sauce. In a small pot on medium heat add the butter and olive oil. Slice the garlic cloves and add them to the pot as well. As soon as it starts browning add the thyme, oregano and chilli flakes. Follow that with the tomato sauce and salt. Finally, slice the onion in half and peel it, and add it like that to the sauce. Turn the heat down and cover, letting cook for 30 minutes
Step 3
Spread out the dough on a floured surface until thin (use the help of a rolling pin). Move it to an over tray.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 250°C. Spread the sauce and the shredded mozzarella on the pizza and put it high in the oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes and that’s it!
