Step 1

Brew espresso over white chocolate sauce and a drop of green food coloring. Stir and set aside.

Step 2

In a glass with ice, combine crème de menthe syrup and half and half. Add espresso mixture and stir.

Step 3

For the cold foam, froth or whisk heavy cream, green food coloring and crème de menthe syrup until soft peaks form.

Step 4

Top breve with cold foam, add some sprinkles if desired and enjoy!
