Instructions

Step 1
Place the rack on the bottom and preheat an oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Shred chicken with fingers or two forks. Add chicken to oven and broiler safe bowl.
Step 3
Add in blended cottage cheese, Buffalo sauce, white vinegar, and minced garlic. Combine.
Step 4
Season with garlic and onion powder (around 1/2 tsp each). Add salt and pepper to desired taste. Put in cayenne pepper and stir.
Step 5
Top with a sprinkle of cheese (I used Mexican but sharp cheddar would work).
Step 6
Place in preheated oven or toaster oven for 25mins. Then, broil on high for 5 mins. Watch closely to make sure the top doesn’t burn.
Step 7
Let cool down for a few minutes and then enjoy with corn chips, veggies, rice cake, or plain.
